Dearly Beloved in Christ,

Let us thank God for his divine guidance that we have received from Him in the previous month. Our Lord is a God of mercy and kindness. . He delivered us from the severe cold and snow-fall. There are many obstacles which hinder me from carrying out my fruitful ministry but I really enjoyed His providence and guidance in different ways. I tasted that God is wonderful and mighty. God knows each of our difficulties and shows His ways to overcome them. God hears our prayers. In Psalms 23; 4 we read, ” Even if I go through the deepest darkness, I will not be afraid, Lord for you are with me. Your Shepherd’s rod and It is a declaration of faith in the Almighty. This verse expresses staff protect me.” confidence in a God who protects us. God not only protects and defend us but also shows us His presence and deliver-ance before our enemies. When we are in the dark valley, the good shepherd upholds us and comforts us. The circumstance may not change but He can provide us with His grace to face the crisis, our great shepherd is capable to protect us with his rod and staff. I request you to feel the shepherd’s protection in your life.

Let us remember Maramon convention in our prayers so that the Holy Spirit will work among the souls and help people to repent and to lead a fruitful Christian Life. Pray for the renewal of the Church and for our Bishops and other speakers from different parts of the world so that they could deliver powerful messages. This month we are going to elect Church office bearers and Committee members for the year 2012-2013. Everyone should pray for the smooth election processes in our churches. I believe that God will raise up faithful Servants to continue His ministry through the church. I want to remember some important matters to those who are going to be elected. Firstly, they must be Obedient and faithful. God wants to use faithful people in his ministry. They must be honest in their service.

Secondly, they should have a commitment to Christ and to the church. They must attend the church activities and worship regularly. Thirdly, they must be co-operative with others. They should love and respect each other. They should not be problem makers but peace makers. Fourthly, they should have a mind to suffer for the church and a more receptive nature. This is a responsible service. They should face obstacles, and find time to set-tle church matters. This is Gods service and He will bless them. We can go further miles with the grace of God. May the loving Father help us in achieving our goals.

This is the time of revitalization of the Church. We are about to enter the 50 days lent. We remember the suffering of Christ on the Cross, His death and resurrection. This is the time for a re-dedication and self-purification which we achieve through fasting and prayer. Can we look to the cross of Christ and repent our sins. Try to avoid fatty food and be austere. This helps us to identify with the suffer-ing of Christ. May the time of lent become a time of transformation.
